Bellevue Volleyball | Fall Tryouts

To attend the BHS Volleyball tryouts, you must first register for the program through the instructions below. There are multiple steps that take some planning, but all must be completed before tryouts at the end of August. (No upfront payment is required; volleyball is a cut sport, so athletic fees will be assessed via FinalForms after tryouts):

1. CREATE ACCOUNT / FINALFORMS: If you don't have them already, create accounts on FinalForms (for both parent and student). The school district uses this platform to manage student activities, fees, etc.
2. REGISTER: In FinalForms, register for volleyball for the upcoming school year by selecting this activity on the Sports/Activities page (under Sports and Activities, click on “+Add Sports/Activity” to get to the selection page). Complete all the online forms on FinalForms (with parent and student signatures) that show up in the left-hand column of your student's account.
3. COMPLETE ImPACT CONCUSSION TESTING: Have your student complete an ImPACT concussion test, which will be offered multiple times on campus. Visit the BHS Athletics page to see the schedule of ImPACT test sessions located in the bottom right corner. (Required every two years; check FinalForms to verify if a previous test is still valid.)
4. COMPLETE PHYSICAL: Download a Physical Form from the BHS Athletic page for your physician to complete, then upload the completed form on FinalForms. Click on “Update Forms”, then it will be the last selection offered. (Required every two years; check FinalForms to verify if a previous physical is still valid.)

PLEASE NOTE: Associated Student Body (ASB) membership is required to participate in athletics and the Athletic Fees are applied to your student's FinalForms account when team rosters are complete. The fees include the ASB card fee, a school transportation fee (fee amounts vary), and a participation fee per sport.
